Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the rt99k platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Services:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rt99k enforces a strict minimum age policy and conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Persons under 21 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering an account or using any Services.
2. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to rt99k is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the rt99k platform. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.
5. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by rt99k or by any third-party responsible gaming organization, at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Services.
6. Not Acting on Behalf of a Third Party: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person when registering or using your Account.

Account Registration

To access the full range of rt99k Services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing operation of your Account:

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes after registration. rt99k is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify rt99k support immediately at support [at] rt99k.net.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active rt99k Account. rt99k uses a combination of technical controls, KYC documentation review, and behavioral analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rt99k reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.4 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting rt99k support. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements not yet met) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

Identity Verification (KYC)

rt99k operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program consistent with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards. All Users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and may be required to complete verification at any other point during their account lifecycle.

4.1 Required Documentation

Standard KYC documentation requested by rt99k includes, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address dated within three months of submission (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bank account or e-wallet showing your name and account number).

4.2 Processing Timeframe

rt99k will use reasonable efforts to review submitted KYC documentation within two (2) business days. During peak periods, verification may take up to five (5) business days. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC review is complete. rt99k is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing that result directly from pending KYC review where the User has not yet submitted all required documentation.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

rt99k reserves the right to request additional documentation for Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) purposes where account activity patterns, transaction volumes, or other risk indicators warrant a more thorough review. This may include source-of-funds documentation. Failure to cooperate with EDD requests may result in Account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

rt99k currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels, all processed in IDR:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

rt99k does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above. This list is subject to change; the current list of supported methods is always displayed at the point of deposit.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set at the account level and may vary based on account verification status, account history, and the payment method selected. Specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

rt99k targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes, subject to completed KYC verification and no pending account review:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): 3–10 minutes during operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB);
• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP): 5–30 minutes during operational hours;
• Requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your rt99k Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. rt99k does not charge withdrawal fees, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside rt99k's control.

5.5 Deposits Must Be Wagered

rt99k reserves the right to require that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed, as an anti-money-laundering control measure. This requirement applies to the cash portion of your balance and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

rt99k offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount applies. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute 10–20%; and certain game types may contribute 0%.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit to the User's Account. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms and is displayed in the Bonuses section of your Account dashboard.

6.3 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from Bonus Funds is capped at ten times (10x) the original bonus value. Winnings from cash balance wagering are not subject to this cap.

6.4 Abuse and Misuse

rt99k reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has abused or attempted to exploit a promotional offer, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets across accounts to guarantee a bonus outcome; or exploiting a pricing error in a game or market.

6.5 Eligibility

rt99k reserves the right to restrict the eligibility for any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be withheld from Users whose betting patterns indicate professional or syndicate betting activity.

Betting & Game Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

rt99k reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the bet is placed on a market that has been suspended; there is a manifest error in the published odds; the event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed (except in-play markets); or the bet exceeds applicable stake limits for the User's account tier.

7.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payouts — whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — rt99k reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Users' Accounts. rt99k is not obligated to honor odds that were clearly erroneous at the time of placement.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time during an event at rt99k's discretion. Bets accepted in-play are final once confirmed and cannot be voided by the User after placement, except in the case of a manifest error as described above.

7.4 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the rt99k platform are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live dealers using physical equipment in controlled studio environments. Game results are final once rendered. rt99k does not alter game results after the fact under any circumstances.

7.5 Disconnection Policy

If a User's internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the game will be completed automatically according to its programmed logic where applicable. In the event of a server-side technical failure that prevents a game round from completing, stakes will be returned to the User's Account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rt99k platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting activity;
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors deliberately and without immediate disclosure to rt99k;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rt99k staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, geolocation, or access-restriction measure implemented by rt99k;
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or acting as a payment intermediary for a third party.

Responsible Gaming

rt99k is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable Users to manage their gambling activity effectively. The following tools are available to all registered Users from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on net losses permitted within your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time alerts that notify you when a defined session duration has elapsed;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from re-registration for a minimum period of six months.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rt99k platform — including but not limited to the rt99k brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of rt99k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the rt99k platform without the prior written consent of rt99k. Game content is provided under license from third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, and is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property protections.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rt99k's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rt99k Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rt99k expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or inaccessibility caused by circumstances outside rt99k's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, governmental actions, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

rt99k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, rt99k uses your personal data to: operate and maintain your Account; verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; detect fraud and money laundering; comply with applicable legal obligations; and communicate with you regarding your Account and relevant promotions (subject to your stated marketing preferences). rt99k does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

rt99k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, rt99k will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Material changes include alterations to bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, eligibility requirements, and limitations of liability.

Your continued use of the rt99k platform after a notified change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 3.4 above. The version number and effective date at the top of this document reflect the currently operative version.

Governing Law

rt99k is operated by an internationally incorporated entity holding a valid gaming license issued by an internationally recognized regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rt99k is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. You access and use the rt99k platform at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. rt99k does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
